In an effort to provide our customers with the best experience, Boomi will complete maintenance to our Atom Cloud on Wednesday, February 28, 2018. This maintenance event is an extension of the previous maintenance completed on February 14. During the maintenance event, the Boomi Atom Cloud will be unavailable for up to four (4) hours.
Processes running after 12:01 am EDT on the Boomi Atom Cloud are at risk of cancellation. Processes scheduled to run on the Boomi Atom Cloud during the maintenance event will not run as scheduled.
To prevent processes from being canceled or not running, Boomi recommends that customers pause or reschedule any processes in the Boomi Atom Cloud during this maintenance window. For information about editing schedules for deployed processes, see more information in the AtomSphere User Guide.
The Boomi Trust site will be updated when the maintenance event begins and when it is complete. On the Platform, the Boomi Atom Cloud will show as offline until the maintenance event is complete.
There will be No Impact to:
• On-premise run-time environments (Atoms, Molecules, or Atom Clouds).
• Other Boomi Atom Clouds (e.g. Test Atom Cloud, EU Atom Cloud, ANZ Atom Cloud, MDM Atom Cloud).
• Dell Boomi Platform. Users can continue to build and manage processes on platform.boomi.com, including MDM and API Management features.
