Informational Message

The Dell Boomi Team has isolated the performance issue that was occurring on the Dell Boomi Platform earlier today. Some users were receiving Email Alerts stating that their atoms were offline. The atoms were running but the platform was reporting them offline (scheduled processes and listeners were still executing on the local atoms). Users should no longer be receiving those email alerts regarding their atoms being offline. All services should now be operating normally.

The Dell Boomi Team have received reports of users receiving Email Alerts stating that their atoms are offline. We are currently working to isolate the issue. Please continue to check the status of trust.boomi.com frequently for updates regarding this issue.
