On May 17, 2017, from 10:30am ET to 1:30pm ET, the Dell Boomi team observed that some customers received email alerts containing information that the Atom Cloud or MDM Clouds were going offline/online. We are closely monitoring the Clouds and they are online and operating normally. These appear to be false alerts and should be ignored for the time being. We are investigating the root cause of the email alerts. If you observe any related issues with the atom cloud, please contact Dell Boomi Support.
