Future communications that involve customer impact will be announced through trust.***** Meltdown and Spectre Attacks Severity Advisory/High Description Meltdown and Spectre exploit critical vulnerabilities in modern processors. These hardware bugs allow potentially malicious programs to steal data which is currently processed on the computer. While programs are typically not permitted to read data from other programs, a malicious program can exploit Meltdown and Spectre to read data stored in memory, including sensitive information such as passwords and encryption keys. Customers that run on-premise Atom servers are advised to contact their IT support partner to evaluate the applicable vendor supplied patch.
